It WORKS! Marvelous product.

"I have been taking this for years, like around 20 years. The effect is very subtle, and accumulates over time. *MUST* be taken on an empty stomach before bedtime (or you will digest it with food and it will not work). I had quit taking a while after I had first started taking it, because I thought it was not working and I remember the very day and time that the symptoms came back, and I thought, "Holy Cow, this stuff is actually working." So I started taking it again and never quit till about three months ago, and voila! I am getting back on. Feeling grateful and glad this stuff is available. It also helps with sleep. Buy the one with the B-6 and Niacinamide. I used to use a different brand that cost nearly twice as much, and this brand is my go-to brand and works just fine."
