The Bestvite manufacturing facility is located in Sun Valley, CA.

How long have you been in business?

Bestvite has been in business since 2006, consistently providing high-quality products to customers around the globe.

Are you a GMP facility?

Yes, we are an NSF-certified production facility. This certification ensures that our facility is audited annually for quality and safety, complying with federal regulations and industry good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Are your products tested?

 Our products are 3rd party tested by ISO Certified testing laboratories for potency and purity.

What separates your products from your competition?

As both a manufacturing facility and a retailer, we offer factory direct pricing to our customers. Additionally, we control our own formulas, ensuring they are manufactured without stearates and other unnecessary fillers, setting our products apart from the competition.

What are Stearates?

Magnesium stearate is a common ingredient used as a flow agent to help fill capsules and tablet products more evenly. However, studies have shown that consistently ingesting this ingredient can negatively affect a person’s immune system function.

Ordering & Shipping

How can I place an order?

You can place an order on our website, call our toll-free number (800-659-9940), or mail a personal check or money order to us with the items you want and your mailing address.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

To remove an item from your shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen and then click the “X” next to the price of the item you want to remove.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay on our website. For phone orders, we only accept credit card payments. If you are mailing in your order, a check or money order is required.

Who qualifies for free shipping?

To qualify for free shipping you must make a minimum purchase of $20 and be located within the United States or any US territories. We do not provide free shipping internationally.

 How do you ship your products?

We normally conduct standard shipping for our domestic products through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). In some instances we will also use UPS or FedEx, based on the value or weight of the package. International shipments ship via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx.

 I just placed my order, when will it ship?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST Monday thru Friday will ship the same day. All orders after that time will be sent out the following business day.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Our packages are shipped from Sun Valley, CA, and transit times are typically within 1-5 business days.

How can I cancel an order?

Please contact our office immediately by either calling us at our toll-free number (800-659-9940) or emailing us at sales@bestvite.com.

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address, what can I do?

Please contact our office immediately. We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification via email, provided you have given a valid email address. You will also receive an email once the package has been delivered.

My package says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Please contact our office to see what can be done by either emailing us at customercare@bestvite.com or calling our toll-free number at 800-659-9940.

What happens to my payment information after I place an order?

Credit card numbers are immediately purged after a transaction is processed.

I have two different coupon codes, can I combine them?

Normally you cannot combine coupon codes unless stated that the particular coupon code offer can be combined with other coupons.

Are there any restrictions for international shipments?

Yes, there are restrictions for international shipments. Some countries restrict certain products, while others may prohibit the import of any supplements altogether.

I just ordered and I am in a different country, who pays the duties or tariffs?

Duties and tariffs are your responsibility to pay. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the cost ahead of time.

What are reward points?

Once you are a registered customer you will start receiving points with each purchase. Those points act as currency that can be used for future purchases.

How do I use my reward points?

While logged in, click the Rewards button at the bottom right of the page, then choose "Ways to Redeem." Once you select the amount you want to use, a coupon code will be generated. Please refer to our REWARDS & REFERRALS page for more detail.

Do my reward points ever expire?

Your reward points will never expire.

How can I check my reward points balance?

While you are logged in, click the Rewards button at the bottom of the page and your balance will be shown.

How much are my reward points worth?

100 Reward points are worth $1.00.

Can I use my rewards points with another coupon code?

No, you cannot use your rewards points with another coupon code. You have to choose either the points or the coupon code, as the points generate a coupon code that cannot be combined with other offers.

Satisfaction Guarantee

This product isn’t working for me, what can I do?

We have a 60-day return policy with all of our products. Either call us directly at our toll-free number (800-659-9940) or send us an email at sales@bestvite.com to request a return. Once we receive the returned product, you will be refunded in full.

Subscriptions FAQ

Do you have a subscription service?

Yes, our subscription service will be live as of July 2024.

How do I subscribe to a product?

On the product detail page, you will have the option to do a one time purchase or choose the subscription option and select the frequency of deliveries.

What are the benefits of subscribing?

Subscribing to a product offers cost savings and convenience. You will receive an additional 5% off your purchase price when you choose to subscribe to an item. This is in addition to the 5% you receive as points to use for future orders. Additionally, the convenience of automatic renewals and regular deliveries saves time and effort, ensuring you always have what you need without the hassle of remembering to repurchase.

Can I choose the frequency of my subscription?

Absolutely! For your convenience we have several different frequencies to choose from. You can always change the frequency of deliveries as well as pause or cancel them. You decide when and where you want the product, and we’ll deliver!

Yes! You can always change the frequency of deliveries as well as pause or cancel them from your account page. If you’re having trouble accessing your account for any reason, you can reach our team via chat support or customer service telephone number.

Can I pause my current subscription?

Yes, you have many options when it comes to your subscription. You can pause, change delivery frequency and even skip the next delivery if you feel like you are stocked up or need a break.

Can I have multiple products on one subscription?

Yes, you can choose products to have the same shipping options and delivery frequencies. You can always modify the details for each product in case you decide to modify or cancel certain items and keep others.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

100%. You can cancel your subscription to any item at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly. Our customer service team will make sure you are taken care of.

Can I add a discount code to my subscription order?
